This unpacker is for unpacking ALL [pac|exp]-jmp2-files. Z95 has a little amount of files which called .exp but not in jmp2 format i.e. not packages. You can unpack any or all [pac|exp]-jmp2-file this way: cmd cd C:\Z (or C:\Z95) for %i in (*.pac *.exp) do unpackit %i LBM-files can be viewed by ACDs...

No. It's only BB thing by JMP.
The "pac" is only extension to a filename.

If you cannot download the file do so:

( Warning!!! Not tested! Not based on jirka work.)

Change one byte in "winz.exe" with any HEX-editor to prevent CD-checking:

Code: Select all

File offset: 0x100B7
75 4C A0 5A 15 4E 00 84 C0 75 43 E8 C9 75 FF FF
EB 4C A0 5A 15 4E 00 84 C0 75 43 E8 C9 75 FF FF

The_Drummer wrote:No, it was more of a universal file, I think.
I think it is for Quake "*.pak" files.
PAC-file is different and crypted (scratched) somehow.

I wrote IFF-PBM not IFF-ILBM.
And there is IFF-PBM-HDP extended format in PAC.
Graphic Workshop Professional cannot read it.
