Videos are on but O_o wont show

now this is a wired one the video is set to on but its not showing any ideas

Wait, that's not much to go on man. Elaborate first: what game are you playing, Z or Z95, are you using a CD or a no-cd crack, are you using Z expansion XP, etc.

Also, this belongs in tech issues, so I'm moving this.

arrhh sorry mate umm z95 ... so pritty much the expansion and im using an iso with alcohol 120 btw im useing Expansion XP

OK, that's what I thought. Now, first of all; do you have the image mounted when playing? If no, try that. If that doesn't work, or if you normally do have the image mounted but it doesn't work anyway, I need you to access the following:

start > run > regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > software > bitmap brothers > Z > v1.0 > winZpaths


and tell me what value the "cuts" registry key has. It is probably a drive letter, e.g. "E:" or something.

i can access it and its set to F: which is the virtal drive and i have that image mounted when i do play Z

OK, then access the image with explorer and see if there is a folder named CUTS on it with a lot of .JV files in it. If there are, check the filesize of a few of those files; they should be a couple of MB's in size.

alright there all there i might try reinstall Z just to see if the movies do come bak ill report bak if they do

If that doesn't work, a last measure would be to burn the image to cd-rom and changing the registry drive letter to your cd-rom drive. If that doesn't work either, I can't help you.
